Energizing food supplement with a specific formula based on:
- creatine and specific amino acids: L-arginine and beta alanine;
- vitamin C to help reduce tiredness and fatigue and vitamin B1 for normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal psychological function;
- magnesium for normal muscle function, zinc for normal macronutrient metabolism and iron for normal cognitive function.
Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, L-arginine; acidity regulator: citric acid; beta-alanine, magnesium oxide, potassium citrate, flavorings, maltodextrin, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); sweetener: sucralose; ferric diphosphate; sweetener: acesulfame K; zinc citrate; coloring: beta-carotene; vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
One sachet per day to be dissolved in a glass of cold or hot water (about 200 ml).
