How to use
Fill a glass with approximately 150-200 ml of (still) water. Add one level measuring spoon of Kijimea Regularis to the filled glass and stir the granules briefly. Drink the prepared liquid immediately, otherwise it may thicken.
- Adults and children over 12 years: take one level measuring spoon (approx. 10 g) mixed in approx. 150-200 ml of liquid once a day. Depending on the need, a maximum of three level measuring spoons can be taken per day.
- Children 6-12 years: take half a measuring spoon (approx. 5 g) mixed in approx. 75-100 ml of liquid once a day. Depending on the need, a maximum of three half measuring spoons can be taken per day.

Warnings
Do not take Kijimea Regularis without sufficient liquid.
The product should not be taken if there is an allergy to any of the ingredients.
A balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Kijimea Regularis contains ingredients of natural origin. Therefore, the product may occasionally contain brownish fibrous components and the prepared liquid may appear cloudy and with flocculations.

Storage
Store at a temperature below 25 °C and in a dry place.
