Esyon MELATONINA Orosolubile Superfast is a food supplement based on Melatonin in rapid-release orosoluble tablets that dissolve in the mouth without the need for water. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep at a dose of 1 mg (1 tablet), if taken shortly before bedtime. Esyon MELATONINA Orosolubile Superfast is also useful for alleviating the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect in the case of jet lag is obtained by taking 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime, on the first day of travel and continuing for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: mannitol (supported on corn starch), mannitol, cellulose; stabilizers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; flavoring; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin; sweeteners: steviol glycosides from stevia, sucralose.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning. To facilitate swallowing, the tablet can be divided into 2 parts thanks to the convenient pre-cut.
