Description
Food supplement based on potassium and magnesium indicated in case of physical activity or intense sweating, for saline rebalancing.
Magnesium from 3 organic salts (citrate, pidolate and glycerophosphate), to promote optimal assimilation, contributes to electrolyte balance, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy metabolism and normal muscle function and protein synthesis.
Potassium from 2 sources (citrate and bicarbonate) contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
With sugar and sweetener.
Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, potassium citrate; acidity regulator: citric acid; magnesium L-pidolate, dextrose, magnesium glycerophosphate, potassium bicarbonate, flavourings; bulking agent: silicon dioxide; colourings: beta-carotene, beetroot red; sweetener: sucralose.

How to use
We recommend 1 sachet per day, preferably after meals. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (200 ml), stirring before drinking.
