Description
Food supplement of fermented red rice, cholecalciferol (vitamin D) and plant extracts. It is indicated in cases of low dietary intake or increased need for these nutrients. Cholecalciferol (vitamin D) contributes to normal blood calcium levels and the maintenance of normal bones. Black cohosh is useful for counteracting menopausal symptoms. Griffonia supports normal mood, mental well-being and, with valerian, relaxation.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; black cohosh [Cimicifuga racemosa (L.) Nutt., rhizome] d.e. tit. 2.5% triterpene glycosides, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) d.e. tit. 0.42% valerenic acids, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seed] d.e. tit. 20% 5-hydroxytryptophan, red rice (Oryza sativa L.,) fermented by Monascus purpureus; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc; L-theanine 99% from green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze, folium] d.e., vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); coating agents: shellac, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate, talc, polyethylene glycol, azorubine*, iron oxides and hydroxides.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily in the evening before bed, away from meals.

Warnings
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age to avoid accidental ingestion of the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For use and duration of intake, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Do not use in case of liver dysfunction or disease. Given the natural origin of its components, the product may have a slight speckling and/or a different appearance from batch to batch: this does not affect its quality. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose (1 tablet). Do not consume 3 mg or more of monacolins from fermented red rice daily. For the use of the product, it is advisable to seek medical advice and ask your doctor for advice on consuming this product if you have any health problems. Do not use the product during pregnancy, breastfeeding, in children under 18 years of age or in adults over 70. Do not use the product if you are undergoing treatment with lipid-lowering drugs or if you are taking other products containing fermented red rice.

Storage
Store at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C in a dry place (RH<50%). Avoid exposure to heat sources and sunlight. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in its intact packaging. Store the product in its original packaging.
