Description
Food supplement of L-tryptophan, magnesium, melatonin, soy isoflavones and Cimicifuga racemosa.
The pink "day" capsules contain Glycine soja, Cimicifuga racemosa to combat menopausal disorders and vitamin D3 to promote calcium absorption. The blue "night" capsules contain magnesium which contributes to electrolyte balance, normal functioning of the nervous system, maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin PP contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. They also contain melatonin which contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep, the effect of regulating the sleep/wake cycle is obtained by taking 1 mg before bedtime.
Ingredients
Pink capsule (day): bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate; dry extracts on maltodextrin of soy (Glycine max Merr.) seeds with 40% isoflavones and 10% genistein and genistin, of black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa Nuttal) rhizomes with 2.5% triterpenes; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, polydextrose, titanium dioxide, talc, maltodextrin, medium chain fatty acid triglycerides; colouring: E120; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, cholecalciferol (dispersed in gelatin, sucrose and DL-alpha-tocopherol as an antioxidant - vitamin D3).
Blue capsule (night): bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, L-tryptophan, dibasic magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, polydextrose, titanium dioxide, talc, maltodextrin, medium chain fatty acid triglycerides; colourings: E132, E172.

How to use
Take 1 pink capsule in the morning with a glass of water and 1 blue capsule in the evening, 30 minutes before bed, with a glass of water.
