Sponge cake snack with chocolate cream.
Ingredients
Sponge cake 60% [ eggs , sugar, corn starch, lactose- free butter 14% (8.4% of the total), honey, lactose- free skimmed milk powder 1% (0.6% of the total); raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; alcohol; emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; fibre (psyllium seed fibre), corn maltodextrin; thickener: guar seed flour; salt; preservative: potassium sorbate; dextrose].
Chocolate cream 27.5% [water, glucose syrup, sugar, chocolate powder 15% (4.1% of total) (sugar, cocoa powder), modified starch, palm oil; stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose; emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; acidity regulator: lactic acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavorings].
Coating [sugar, vegetable fats (palm kernel), low-fat cocoa powder; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; flavouring].
May contain traces of nuts ( pistachios , almonds , hazelnuts ), soy .
