Sponge cake 54% [ eggs , sugar, corn starch, * lactose- free butter 4.6%, sunflower oil, honey; stabilizer: sorbitol syrup; ** lactose-free skimmed milk powder 0.5%; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; thickener: guar gum; vegetable fibers (psyllium seed fiber, inulin); raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; corn maltodextrin, orange essential oil 0.1%; preservative: potassium sorbate; dextrose, salt, flavorings, alcohol].
Orange flavoured cream 23% [glucose and fructose syrup, water, sugar, modified starch; acidity regulators: calcium phosphate, citric acid; vegetable fat (palm); thickeners: cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose; emulsifier: polyglyceride esters of fatty acids; preservative: potassium sorbate; salt; colourings: E161, E160c; antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid; orange essential oil 0.05% flavourings].
Dark chocolate coating 22% [sugar, vegetable fats (palm kernel), low fat cocoa powder; emulsifier: lecithin; flavouring].
