DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision with a daily intake of 250 mg. Vitamin D helps the normal functioning of the immune system and maintain healthy teeth.
In children, vitamin D is necessary for bone growth and development.
Biotin, niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
Vitamin B12 and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
