Description
Medical device for vaginal administration.
Mucoadhesive gel useful in all conditions of vaginal dryness and/or irritation, it promotes the restoration and maintenance of the physiological balance of the vaginal pH, consequently improving the local natural defenses.
Miragyn gel is useful in the prevention of bacterial, fungal, mixed vulvovaginitis and group B streptococcal infections during pregnancy or as a protective and soothing adjuvant in the pharmacological treatment of the same.
Miragyn gel is useful in counteracting itching, burning and irritation of the vaginal mucosa.
How to use
One application per evening for six days. Then two applications per week for three weeks or as prescribed by your doctor.
Remove the seal from the disposable applicator. Lying down with your knees raised and spread, insert the applicator deeply into the vagina and press firmly until the gel comes out completely, then remove the applicator.
Components
Purified water, trisodium ethylenediamine disuccinate, vegetable glycerin, aloe vera freeze-dried powder, sodium benzoate, boric acid, sodium hyaluronate, hydroxyethylcellulose, ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/vp copolymer, caprylic/capric trygliceride, tocopheryl acetate, o-cymen-5-ol, potassium sorbate, galactomannan, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus crispatus, lactic acid.
Warnings
The applicators are single use only, do not reuse to avoid the risk of infections.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.
During the first applications, a temporary burning sensation may occur, which however disappears with regular use; if the burning sensation persists, consult your doctor.
Avoid contact with eyes. Do not ingest.
Known hypersensitivity to one of the components. No known interactions with other medications or other forms of pharmacological interaction.
Conservation
Store at 5°C to 25°C in a dry place away from light. Do not refrigerate.
The expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging and stored correctly.
Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
