Description
food supplement based on S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine (SAMe), griffonia, vitamin B12 and folate, useful for providing an additional quota of these components to the daily diet.
Griffonia promotes normal mood, relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being.
Vitamin B12 and folate contribute to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Griffonia seeds es [Griffonia Simplicifolia (DC.) Baill] tit. 25% 5-HTP, S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, magnesium hydroxide, stearic acid; coating agents: shellac, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, microcrystalline cellulose, glycerol; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, folate (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a large sip of water.
