Description
Urgoclean is a bandage made of poly-absorbent fibres, indicated for treating flaking, by absorbing and draining the liquid that forms.
Upon contact with exudation, the fibers attach themselves to the residual liquid, absorb it and help eliminate it. This creates a gel that keeps the environment in direct contact with the wound moist, providing relief to the desquamated areas and preventing further exudation.

Composition
- Poly-absorbent, poly-acrylated fibres;
- an adherent TLC gauze (a matrix composed of hydrocolloids and fatty substances, which helps maintain a moist environment, thus providing pain relief).
How to use
- Clean the wound and rinse with saline;
- remove the protective film;
- apply the bandage with Urgoclean on the wound;
- if necessary, cover with additional bandage;
- secure the bandage with tape;
- change the dressing every 1-2 days, when the scaling is still present, subsequently also once every 7 days, depending on the level of exudation and the clinical conditions of the wound.
Warnings
Do not use Urgoclean as a "surgical sponge" in case of serious wounds. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity.
