Description
Food supplement based on L-tryptophan, melatonin, passion flower, jujube and vitamin B6. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep* and alleviate the effects of jet lag**. Passion flower and jujube contribute to mental well-being and relaxation, even in case of stress, to promote good sleep. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
**The beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before going to bed, a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination.
