Water, artichoke es (Cynara scolymus L., leaves), pineapple flavouring, green tea es (Camellia sinensis L., leaves), maltodextrin; sweetener: acesulfame K; pansy es (Viola tricolor L., aerial parts), horsetail es (Equisetum arvense L., aerial parts), birch es (Betula pubescens Ehrh., leaves), boldo es (Peumus boldus Molina, leaves); thickener: xanthan gum; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; flax es (Linum usitatissimum L., seed).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 stick per day diluted in a litre of water, to be drunk throughout the day.
