Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, valerian, passionflower and Californian poppy.
Its formula in double-layer tablets, easy to swallow, is designed to modulate the release of the ingredients during the night.
The FIRST LAYER, with melatonin, dissolves quickly, and helps reduce the time required to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed).
The SECOND LAYER, which dissolves during the night, contains plant extracts, such as valerian, passion flower and Californian poppy, which aid relaxation, promoting a restful sleep.
Suitable for vegans.

Stabilizer: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; passionflower aerial parts (Passiflora incarnata L.), California poppy herb (Eschscholzia californica Cham.); bulking agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) tit. 0.8% valerenic acid; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; stabilizer: carboxymethylcellulose; melatonin; colorant: indigo carmine (E132).
Gluten free.
Lactose free.
