Description
Food supplement based on melatonin that helps reduce the time required to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed) and to alleviate the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination).
Sugar free. With sweetener.
Without colorants.
Suitable for vegans.
Ingredients
Water; emulsifier: polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate; thickener: glycerol; medium chain triglycerides; antioxidant: L-ascorbyl palmitate; melatonin, flavouring; preservative: potassium sorbate; acidity regulator: citric acid; sweetener: sucralose.
Gluten free.
Lactose free.

How to use
Direct the dispenser into the mouth, preferably under the tongue. Perform a spray equal to 1 mg of melatonin, in the evening just before bedtime.
Shake the bottle well before each use.
The spray formulation allows for quick and easy administration.
