DescriptionFood supplement based on melatonin, vitamins B6 and D3, piperine, griffonia, passionflower, eschscholzia, lemon balm and valerian. Its formula in three-layer tablets is designed to modulate the release of the ingredients during the night.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: E 341, E 464, cellulose, E 468; valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L., root), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L., leaf), passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial part), Californian poppy extract (Eschscholzia californica Cham., herb), Griffonia extract [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seed]; anti-caking agents: E 551, magnesium salts of fatty acids; piperine from black pepper seeds (Piper nigrum L.); colourings: E 172, indigotine; vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin.
Gluten , lactose and preservative free.

How to use
Take 1 tablet half an hour before bedtime.
