Description
Food supplement based on L-tryptophan, magnesium bisglycinate, vitamin D3, vitamin B2 and niacin, and is indicated in case of increased need or low dietary intake of these nutrients.
Pineal Tens provides a high dosage of magnesium bisglycinate (chelate); this organic form of magnesium facilitates its absorption.
Magnesium and vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium, together with niacin and vitamin B2 (riboflavin), contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 sachets per day, in monthly cycles. Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water (about 150 ml), mix well and take immediately.
