Evotears Dry Eye Drops 3ml

Description
Medical device containing a water-free liquid eye drop, free of phosphates and preservatives.
To be used for lubricating dry and irritated eyes. Stabilisation of the tear film and alleviation of dry eye symptoms.
It lubricates the ocular surface, stabilises the tear film and alleviates dry eye symptoms.
Thanks to its specific properties, EvoTears works differently from traditional eye drops.

Instructions for use
1. Wash your hands before use.
2. Unscrew the bottle cap.
3. Avoid touching the dropper tip after removing the cap.
4. To avoid spilling liquid, please read the following instructions carefully before using the eye drops.
- Hold the opened bottle with the dropper tip facing upwards and gently squeeze the bottle between your thumb and forefinger.
- While squeezing, rotate the bottle until the dropper tip is facing downwards.
- Keep the dropper tip downwards and reduce pressure to allow air to enter the bottle.
5. Tilt your head slightly backwards and gently pull down your lower eyelid. Look upwards.
6. Hold the opened bottle upside down vertically above the eye. Gently squeeze the bottle and apply one drop into each eye.
Please note: due to the particular nature of EvoTears, you may not feel the drop in your eye. Therefore, it is recommended to apply it in front of a mirror.
7. During application, do not touch the eye or eyelashes with the dropper tip.
8. After application, close your eyes to evenly distribute EvoTears.
9. After use, close the bottle with the cap.

Bottles with residual solution can be disposed of with household waste.
Unless otherwise indicated by your doctor or pharmacist, apply 1 drop into the lower eyelid 4 times a day. If necessary, EvoTears can be used daily.

Warnings
Suitable for adults.
Use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children: As there is no safety data yet regarding use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children, the use of EvoTears is not recommended.
The use of EvoTears requires particular caution if used simultaneously with other eye treatments. If using any other eye drops, it is advisable to wait at least 30 minutes after application before applying EvoTears. EvoTears should be used last. Do not use eye ointments during treatment with EvoTears. If you wear contact lenses, do not use EvoTears, as there is insufficient data on the compatibility of EvoTears with contact lens materials.
In individual cases, transient eye irritations, such as burning, itching or redness, have been reported after using EvoTears. This may be due to an allergic reaction. If irritation persists, discontinue use of the product and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not drink the liquid.

Storage
Do not store above 25 °C.
Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
Shelf life after opening: 6 months.
