Description
Mechanism of action: the device subject to this FT sprays an isotonic seawater solution into the nasal cavities. It removes excess mucus and helps rehydrate the mucous membrane, facilitating breathing. Useful for daily nasal hygiene and in cases of dryness and crust formation, especially when exposed to dry air in heated and air-conditioned environments.
Intended use: the product is a medical device intended for the removal of mucus from the nasal cavities by irrigating the anatomical sites with an isotonic seawater solution. It belongs to a family of products called "Sterile and non-sterile seawater solutions for nasal cavity and external ear washes."
Instructions for use
Remove the protective cap and attach the dispenser to the can, gently place the dispenser at the entrance of the nasal cavity and press the dispenser briefly, then allow the liquid to flow out. Disassemble the dispenser and rinse it after use. Reattach the protective cap.
Components
Seawater taken from the Gulf of Cinque Terre (Bergeggi, Liguria) and demineralized water.
The spray contains air as a propellant and is free of flavorings and preservatives.
Warnings
Do not use in children under 2 months. For external use. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of irritation, consult a doctor. Pressurized container: may burst if heated. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Keep out of reach of children. Use before the expiry date indicated on the aerosol.
Storage
Keep away from heat sources, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames or other ignition sources. Do not smoke. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C.
