How to use:100 g. every 5 quintals. of grapes, equal to 3.5 hl of must.            
Healthy grapes: from 10 g. to 15 g. per quintal.
Unhealthy grapes: from 20 g. to 40 g. per quintal.
Musts and wines: from 15 g. to 30 g. per quintal.
