Description
Food supplement containing branched amino acids useful in integrating the diet of athletes and beta-alanine which serves as a precursor of carnosine. It also contains ingredients that contribute to: reduction of tiredness and fatigue (magnesium, iron, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, vitamin C, folates), maintenance of normal red blood cells (vitamin B2), protection of cells from oxidative stress (vitamin B2, vitamin C, vitamin E, copper), maintenance of the normal function of the immune system (vitamin C), electrolyte balance (magnesium), tonic effect (physical and mental tiredness) and stimulation of metabolism (guarana es). They also contribute to normal: energy metabolism (magnesium, iron, phosphorus, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, vitamin C, copper), oxygen transport in the body (iron), functioning of the nervous system (magnesium, copper, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, vitamin C), muscle function and protein synthesis (magnesium), amino acid synthesis (folate), collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels and cartilage (vitamin C). It also contains creatine which increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short-term activities. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

How to use
Shake the contents of a 25 g sachet (half a dose) with a shaker, together with 250 ml of water. Once dissolved, the product should be consumed throughout the day. 1-2 sachets per day.
