Melatonin-based food supplement useful for helping to alleviate the effects of jet lag and reducing the time it takes to fall asleep.Ingredients
Sweeteners: sorbitol, xylitol; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; bulking agent: maltodextrin; melatonin.
How to use
To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination. To reduce the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, 1 mg of melatonin.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
