Passiflora incarnata flowering aerial parts 24%, lemon balm leaves 23.5%, chamomile flowers 19.1%, valerian root 15%, lime flowers and bracts 7%, hops 5%, melatonin 3.4%, lavender flowering aerial parts 3%.
Gluten free.
How to use
Prepare with fresh, boiling water. Leave to infuse for 6-8 minutes.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to heat and direct light.
