Description
Food supplement based on arginine, calcium, magnesium sulphate and willow, formulated to combat the main obstetric complications (preeclampsia, premature birth, recurrent miscarriages).
L-arginine, through the nitric oxide synthase enzyme of endothelial cells, produces nitric oxide, a powerful vasodilator that plays a fundamental role in endothelial regulatory mechanisms by counteracting vasoconstriction, improving blood flow and stimulating the release of growth hormone, insulin and other substances that are very important for the body.
Willow is known for its anti-inflammatory, analgesic and apyretic properties, it also has a mild antiplatelet activity which helps in the prevention of placental insufficiency.
Magnesium sulphate plays a fundamental role in pregnancy due to its ability to regulate uterine contractions (as it modulates muscle tone), to prevent premature birth (as it has a relaxing effect on the uterine muscles) and to combat hypertension by ensuring a neonatal neuroprotection effect in the event of premature birth.
Calcium contributes to the maintenance of the increase in vascular compliance, typical of normal pregnancy, and which is instead inhibited in preeclampsia.

How to use

*(Advanced maternal age, twinning, in vitro fertilization, family history of preeclampsia, obesity, maternal autoimmune diseases, prepregnancy hypertension, preconception diabetes).
