How to use
For an intense look, use on the eyelids, outlining the eye. Or as a line on the upper eyelid, with or without eyeshadow. If desired, and for a more delicate finish, create a shaded line, blending carefully from the inside to the outside of the eye.

Isostearyl neopentanoate, c10-18 triglycerides, hydrogenated vegetable oil, copernicia cerifera cera, microcrystalline cera, sucrose acetate isobutyrate, candelilla cera, synthetic beeswax, silica, tocopherol, glyceryl caprylate, CI 77499.
