2 capsules on an empty stomach upon waking up and 2 capsules immediately before going to sleep for 2 or 3 months.
Characteristics
Synergy of active ingredients based particularly on the effectiveness of primrose and eleutherococcus, further amplified by the biocatalytic effects of the trace elements of horsetail. One of the active ingredients contained in Primrose is the amino acid L-tryptophan which, as is known, regulates some brain neurotransmitters. The composition of the compound primrose is aimed at enhancing the use of this amino acid by the body. It has been known since ancient times that a cup of warm milk in the evening relaxes and induces sleep. This effect is actually due to the presence of tryptophan. For its part, eleutherococcus contains adaptogenic active ingredients that reduce stress, soothe depression, increase physical and mental performance without disturbing sleep, and also increase resistance capacity. Adaptogens are able to optimize the secretion of hormones.
