Medical device useful for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux.
The product has a synergistic action:
anti-reflux (thanks to sodium alginate);
antacid (thanks to sodium bicarbonate);
protective of the gastric mucosa (thanks to pure Aloe vera juice).
Indicated for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux and for the alleviation of associated symptoms such as heartburn, acid regurgitation, reflux esophagitis, heartburn, cough and laryngopharyngeal inflammation. Mayday is also indicated in cases of heartburn due to poor digestion.
It performs a mechanical action thanks to the presence of double-concentrated pure Aloe vera juice enriched with sodium alginate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate and calcium carbonate. The presence of sodium bicarbonate and sodium and calcium carbonates also reduces hyperacidity of the stomach. Pure Aloe vera juice, due to the natural presence of polysaccharides, performs a protective action on the mucous membranes because, adhering to the walls of the esophagus and stomach, it forms a protective film capable of defending the tissues from gastric juices or irritants. The virtues of double-concentrated pure Aloe vera juice are added to those of sodium alginate which, in contact with the acidity of the stomach, reacts to form a gel. The gel, trapping the bubbles of carbon dioxide released by the carbonates contained in the formulation, settles in the upper part of the stomach forming a barrier that mechanically prevents the gastric juices from rising towards the esophagus. The product does not contain water as a diluent because it is completely replaced by pure, unpasteurized Aloe vera juice, not carbon filtered and doubly concentrated through the exclusive ReversOsmose process.

How to use
Warnings
The product is for oral use.
The use of this product is contraindicated in case of known individual hypersensitivity or allergy to it or any of its components.
The presence of sodium requires particular attention in the administration of the product in those suffering from hypertension, heart failure or kidney failure.
If pregnant, breastfeeding or in children under twelve years of age, consult your doctor before use.
Do not exceed the indicated doses.
Use the product in accordance with the instructions for use.
In case of concomitant use with other products, check the possible interactions with your doctor. The product may interfere with the absorption of oral medicines. It is therefore advisable to consult your doctor in case of concomitant intake of oral medicines, which must in any case be administered at least 2 hours apart.
In adolescents (12-18 years) use only if strictly necessary and under strict medical supervision.
If you do not notice any improvement after 7 days of treatment, it is advisable to consult your doctor.
Do not use for prolonged treatments.
Do not use the device beyond the expiration date.
Do not use if sachet or package is damaged.
Each sachet is for single use only and must be opened immediately before taking it: do not reuse partially used sachets as this method of use could lead to the risk of ineffectiveness or contamination of the product.
